Thoughts from the Publisher
Give praise is a mode toward children these days. Even No Child Left Behind and certainly Head Start back the words in the title.
For over a decade I’ve maintained my make-over of compassionate fidelity. Online considering posts, critiques and responses I’ve, in all honesty, suffered the slings and arrows of the angry, the arrogance of the haughty, the tripe of the ignorant.
I must say, that I’ve lost it a few times as the manure ran in a raw liquid stream of nastiness. Through it all I’ve been reliable, though not flawlessly, as Desert Moon Review surges and recedes.
We’ve watched friends arrive and depart, like a river dependent upon snow melt -- not without continued trust and stalwart support of strong poetry and congenial interface.
